An iPhone app that guides visitors to London's most haunted locations

Showcasing our ability to create apps for iPhone, Haunted London is a self initiated project that allowed us to expand our app portfolio and demonstrates our mastery of the technology. After completing a similar app for Kew Gardens, Haunted London showed off our ability to design and build wayfinding apps that were genuinely usable.

Featuring design work from our sister design agency, Make it Clear, Haunted London integrates the Google Maps API interface to take users to haunted locations across London using GPS. The interface was designed to be easy to use and allows users to reach different parts of the app with just a few clicks; AppCritic.co.uk said “navigation within the app is a breeze”.

Advanced functionality connects users to the Facebook Page by unlocking a bonus “Spooky Sounds” soundboard when they “Like” the affiliated social networking channel. Additional built in social networking allows users to “Report a Disturbance” to Facebook and Twitter. Users can even “Suggest a story” to be included in the app. Designed as a showcase app, this application was conceived, built and launched in a little over one month.
